General Instructions
Use cosmetics, hairspray, or perfumes before putting on your jewelry.
Avoid immersing jewelry in water remove jewelry before bathing,
sunbathing, swimming, washing dishes, or participating in any other
water-related activity. Store jewelry individually to avoid causing
scratches or other damage to the surface and finish of the beads.
Swarovski Austrian Crystal
Rub the crystals with a clean, dry, lint-free cloth. If necessary,
use a soft brush to wash the crystals in lukewarm water with a gentle
dishwashing liquid. Rinse under running lukewarm water and then
wipe dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.
Freshwater Pearls
Gently handwash the pearls with a mild soap and warm water. Wipe
them with a soft cloth and leave them to dry before putting them
away. Never store freshwater pearls in plastic bags.
Lapis Lazuli, Turquoise,
and Other Natural Stones
Simply rub the stones with a clean, dry cloth. Do not use soap and
water or a home ultrasonic cleaner on amber, coral, emerald, jade,
kunzite, lapis lazuli, opal, or turquoise.
Sterling Silver Beads
Sterling silver tarnishes naturally and requires occasionally cleaning.
Store your jewelry in plastic bags with an interlocking seal when
not in use to slow the tarnishing process. If necessary, clean the
beads with a mild soap and water solution, rubbing the stain with
a soft cloth. Wipe dry with a soft, lint-free cloth. Do not use
solvents or alcohol to clean the stones; they might diminish the
beads' luster.
14-Karat Gold-Filled Beads
Use mild soap and water to clean the beads. Wipe dry with a soft,
lint-free cloth.
