She uses sterling silver and gold-filled findings on her jewelry, and strings necklaces and bracelets on professional beading wire.

Studio Bijoux's seasonal decorations and home décor items feature crystals and seed beads strung on Nymo bead string. Alexandra constructs holiday ornaments from Czech glass beads, crystals, and seed beads strung on durable wire in order to retain the star shape. She strings suncatchers and baby mobiles on durable wire as well, with a wide variety of beads.
